Thank you for shopping with Timmerman. All of our pieces are carefully handcrafted and packaged to ensure they arrive safely.


Processing Time

All items are handmade to order unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days after payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at checkout or via email.

Processing time does not include shipping time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders: 3-7 Business days

  • International orders: 7-21 Business days 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using reliable carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is based on package size and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours after processing for tracking details to update.


Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our woodworking pieces.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your carrier before contacting us.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.


Returns & Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
